Philosophy Statement

We, at Gospel Light Preschool Academy, offer a program designed to help the physical, social, mental, emotional, and spiritual growth of each child enrolled. Our curriculum is based on the principle that every child is an individual created by God with a unique personality. We believe that children do indeed follow a predictable sequence of development but being unique will do so at his/her own pace. We believe that young children learn from their parents predominantly, but also through play and interaction with their peers. Therefore, daily educational activities are designed allowing children to have fun while gaining gross motor, fine motor, literacy, and social skills along with spiritual truths. The responsibility of the teachers at Gospel Light Preschool will be to assist each child in his/her development process.
