We at GLBC believe in doing our part to fulfill the “Great Commission” (Matthew 28:19, 20). Missionaries are invited frequently to challenge our hearts to reach out to people all over the world with the message of Christ. We currently support 27 missionaries and plan to add to our growing Missions Family. Every year we have a Faith Promise Missions Conference to do more in reaching our world. Mission trips add to the passion for reaching the world though a Biblical method of Missions.

Ministries

Youth Ministry
The Student Ministries here at GLBC brings plenty of opportunities for Christ-centered fellowship and fun. God’s Word is brought to the students in a challenging and creative way so they can develop a personal relationship with the Savior. Bible studies on Sunday and Wednesday programs provide Christ – honoring fun and growth. Camps and Retreats, along with monthly activities, provide a safe friendly atmosphere for students to build friendship and develop in their Spiritual walk with Jesus Christ. Children Ministry
Children are very important to us at Gospel Light Baptist Church. Our programs are designed to reach out with Christ’s love and teach children on their level.

Women’s Ministry
Women’s ministry then is all about service; about women offering love, support and encouragement to each other. It is about developing our strengths and gifts, and maturing as Christians into the “fullness of Christ” and growing in our love for God and his word. And it is about developing relationships, deepening our love for each other, so that we are better equipped to help each other and to extend that love and service to all we come in contact with. It is about being Christ to each other.

Men’s Ministry
Our Men’s Ministry is to biblically train and equip men to be spiritual leaders in their homes, church and places of business, and to develop them in Christian living using the most effective means to impact the world, making a positive difference in this generation and generations of the future. This ministry seeks to accomplish this through Bible study, leadership development, accountability groups, retreats and special events.
